Cards est née d’un constat simple, mais radical : la plupart des formations produisent de la connaissance… sans produire de changement durable. Trop longues, trop théoriques, trop éloignées du quotidien, elles saturent l’attention sans réellement transformer les pratiques. L’infobésité progresse, l’oubli s’installe, et l’impact réel reste faible.
Face à cela, nous sommes partis d’une question fondatrice : à quoi bon former si rien ne s’ancre ?
Notre conviction est que l’enjeu n’est plus de diffuser toujours plus de contenus, mais de créer les conditions d’un ancrage cognitif, émotionnel et opérationnel dans le temps.
C’est cette réflexion qui a conduit à la création de Cards et de son moteur d’ancrage Learning Routine® : une approche qui s’appuie sur les sciences cognitives, l’andragogie et l’expérience terrain pour transformer des savoirs dispersés en routines mémorables, utiles et activables dans le travail réel.

President & CEO
Matthieu heads the Learning & Development division at Cards. With more than 15 years of experience in professional training, including several years at Apple Retail France as Train-the-Trainer, he designs L&D strategies that are digestible, activatable and results-oriented.
It supports our customers in structuring their training courses so that they are better disseminated, better retained and better used.
Its approach combines educational vision, product culture and a sense of impact, with a constant objective: that each internal knowledge can become a lever for action in the field.

CEO & CPTO
Nicolas leads the technical development of Cards and ensures that the product remains intuitive, robust, and scalable. A passionate engineer, he combines advanced technical expertise with a constant focus on the user experience, performance and scalability of the system.
He manages the Tech team with rigor and pragmatism, keeping a clear objective: to make Cards a tool that is both easy to use and solid over the long term, capable of evolving with the needs of our customers.
Nicolas works hand in hand with the Product, Support and Design departments to bring together product vision, technical reliability and agility of execution.
