The Cards Platform plan starts at €4,490 excl. VAT per year for 100 learner licenses and 1 editor license, i.e. less than €4 excl. VAT per learner per month. It includes unlimited training, the mobile app, the Learning Routine® anchoring engine and built-in AI. Beyond 100 learners, pricing decreases with volume: €11,990 excl. VAT per year from 300 learners with 10 editors, then on quote beyond 500. The standalone Authoring Tool, without learner management, is available from €1,490 excl. VAT per year.

What does the €4,490 excl. VAT per year Platform plan include?

100 learner licenses with web access and the iOS and Android mobile app, 1 editor license, unlimited training creation with or without AI, the Learning Routine® V3 adaptive anchoring engine, the AI assistant and its 3 agents (create, transform your documents, generate), quizzes, badges, surveys and automated reminders, the impact dashboard and analytics, plus native MS Teams and Lucca integrations. White label, SSO, API, the MCP connector, additional editors and CSM support are available as options.

How does pricing change beyond 100 learners?

The price per learner decreases with volume. As a benchmark: €4,490 excl. VAT per year for 100 learners (€3.74 per learner per month) and €11,990 excl. VAT per year from 300 learners with 10 editors (€3.33 per learner per month). Beyond 500 learners, we build a custom quote. You can start with 100 licenses and add learners, editors or options at any time, without changing platforms.

Can I start right away, without a demo?

Yes. The "Start now" button opens a secure online payment and your Cards workspace is activated immediately: you create your first training right away and import your learners when you are ready. If you would rather talk first, book a 30-min demo.

Do you provide quotes and accept purchase orders?

Yes. Many organizations need a quote, a purchase order or supplier onboarding. Contact us and we will quickly send you a detailed quote. We can also set up your subscription for you, with the licenses and options suited to your organization.

What is the difference between the Platform plan and the Authoring Tool?

The Platform plan is complete: you create, deliver and manage your training, your learners log in on web and mobile, and the Learning Routine® engine anchors knowledge over time. The Authoring Tool is only for creating short training and exporting it to SCORM for an existing LMS, without learner management or anchoring.

What is an editor license?

In Cards, the Editor role lets you create training, add learners, launch Learning Routines® and track progress. The Platform plan includes 1 editor license; you can add more depending on how many people produce content. Learners only need a user license.

What happens when my subscription ends?

No data is deleted when your subscription expires. You will find all your training, stats and learners again when you resubscribe. We keep your data for 1 year after a paid plan expires, or 3 months in case of inactivity on a free account. After that, it is deleted in line with GDPR.
