La réponse

Microlearning is a learning approach that delivers training in short, focused sequences of 3 to 10 minutes, each built around a single objective. Instead of one long session taken once, knowledge is broken into memorable units, then reactivated at regular intervals. That reactivation is what makes the difference: without it, a short sequence is forgotten as quickly as a long module.

In the workplace, microlearning addresses 3 constraints: the time teams actually have (a few minutes between 2 tasks), mobility (smartphone access, including for frontline teams) and retention (spaced reminders and retrieval quizzes).

At Cards, sessions last 10 minutes on average and 96% of users say they are satisfied (2026 impact report). The Learning Routine® engine automates reminders based on each person's pace and level.
